      • Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable.

        4. Shipping & Delivery

        • We offer shipping within the UAE's selected locations depending on shipping vendors we are committed to.

        • Shipping times and fees are listed at checkout. Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control.

      5. Returns & Refunds

      • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

      • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with UAE law.
