Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be received as damaged or misdescribed, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more details please refer to the damages and exchange section of this policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Exchanges
Under the UAE law, if an item from our store is faulty or misdescribed it has to be replaced. We at Maitha Arts have to and are happy to repair, replace the faulty items, or fully refund the customers.
Therefore, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item only then we can take corrective measures and start the exchange process .
Refunds
We kindly ask you to review your purchases carefully—our items are crafted individually and are considered final sale. Purchases are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged from our side, or significantly not matching the description or the picture.
